Usually an Associate Partner manages the complete client relationship, including customer acquisition and relationship management but the agreements will be between the client and InKnowTech. The Associate Partner will be paid as per the agreement between the partner and InKnowTech, as a percentage of realization of revenues from customer. The Associate Partner also helps in speedy clearance of invoices from clients. Usually, InKnowTech enters into long-term agreements with the Associate Partners, with a no conflict of interest clause.
