Needs Assessment
We perform Needs Assessment for clients who are contemplating implementation of new technologies and applications on the existing network infrastructure. By evaluating possible impact of adoption on the existing mission-critical, high usage systems, we benchmark the existing infrastructure with competing technologies, tools, platforms, and infrastructures. We submit its assessment report along with the required network infrastructure upgrades, technology upgrades, communication upgrades and resource training required.
Capacity Planning
With many corporations having heterogeneous networks, remote access infrastructure, LAN/WAN internetworking, capacity planning has become a complex task. Using a combination of modeling and capacity planning tools and based on needs and requirements of the Client, we perform capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of network and communication infrastructure.
Network and System Design
Companies today are attempting to maximize efficiencies from IT investments by trying to manage their extended network infrastructure beyond the LAN, like WAN Connectivity (e.g., ATM, frame relay, or IPLC), internet/intranet/extranet deployment and management, security, and remote access infrastructure facilities.
We design networks and systems with our Clients' processing power and storage capacity requirements in mind, and also suggest alternative new technology solutions like Storage Area Networks, Server appliances, thin clients etc. We design with future corporate demands like remote access capabilities for telecommuters and mobile employees, as well as enterprise-wide Internet/ Intranet/ Extranet connectivity through VPN's, VoIP, etc.
Installation and Commissioning
We work with our clients in their efforts to globalize, by integrating their network of branches/subsidiaries to the corporate office. We install network devices and software in a cost-effective manner across geographic locations. Being Vendor Independent, we always suggest the best-of-breed and optimal solutions, and help in installing and integrating various network components.
System Configuration
We configure our clients' devices and systems to ensure optimal usage of the network infrastructure. Due to very fast growth in the number of network devices and equally fast growth in the number of vendors, the task to accurately configure is a challenge as chances of mis-configuration is very high.
Our system configuration services include defining domains, directories, addressing schemes, management information bases, monitoring parameters and thresholds, coordination with security implementation teams with respect to network firewalls, security and access procedures, and traps.
Migration and Relocation
We help our clients in moving to new locations, as well as in expansion and transitioning their new and exiting networks to new locations. For companies that have established distributed networks across different geographic locations, we establish a centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) to achieve logistic and cost benefits.
We provide migration services for consolidating operating systems (Windows NT/2000/XP), software and network architectures (TCP/IP). We assist in moving to web-centric, and in standardization of operating systems, network architectures and management platforms.
Project Management
