Mahesh comes with a many years of experience in IT Industry and nurtured industry growth in private and Government sectors. He is a strong proponent of India Outsource strategy and comes into InKnowTech from a US based startup looking India delivery strategy. He used to handle the Data communication division for STPI, Bangalore and Business Promotion. He has strong relation with the IT industry and exposure to all the statutory policies. Played significant role in effectively managing the operations and spreading STPI to other secondary cities. Holds B.E.Degree. Been in industry for more than 14 years.

V.P. Sanjay Co-founder & Director

V. P. Sanjay is the vice president and Co-founder of InKnowTech. He has over 16 years of experience in network planning, infrastructure and deployment services. He has extensive experience in planning and implementation of new technologies in the network and communication areas. Prior to InKnowTech he was the Joint Director of STPI, Bangalore. He was instrumental in establishing the first integrated Network Operations Center for handling complete service management, customer care and help desk management at STPI, Bangalore.

Chezhian, Associate Vice President
Chezhian has over 11 years of experience in program management especially in systems integration, implementation and facilities management, across banking, financial services and retailing sectors. His expertise spans project management, customer relationship, service delivery management and risk management. His core competency includes LAN/WAN. He was earlier working with Network Solutions as a program manager. His initiative played a role in enabling AnywhereBanking for several banks in India like ANZ, ICICI, GTB, IDBI and Corporation Bank.

Darshan Nandi, Operations Head
Darshan has varied experience in projects and operations with middle & senior management capabilities with companies like IBM Global Services India. He is organizationally & technically proficient in all aspects of IT Infrastructure Operations, Maintenance & Management like Asset Management, Server Management, System Administration, Design, Implementation & Management of Complex Data Secured LAN, WAN etc in telecom and BPO domains.
